Whether you are an elite athlete seeking to bring your game to the next level, a recreational athlete intent on achieving peak performance or anyone looking to get off the couch and improve your fitness, we can help. Our certified professional instructors can assist you in maximizing your athletic potential before, during, and after the season. All workout programs include the use of specialized treadmills utilizing computer based feedback, rowing machines, free weights, medicine balls, fitness rings, plyometrics and much more. Our staple movements include dead lifts, squats, pull-ups, running and lunging, push-ups and dips, presses and jerks, cleans and snatches, rope climbing, sit-ups, jumping, throwing, and some hybrid movements like the muscle-up, clean & jerk, and thrusters.

Where to start?

We really want to make sure that our methods and programs are a good fit for you and us. Often times there's a learning curve when starting any new fitness program and we understand this, that's why we offer The Essentials Class.

The Essentials Class helps us to help you. During these Classes you are introduced to the movements that are the core foundation of our training. Once you have gained proficiency in the essential movements, our focus turns to intensity. The Essentials Class allows you to gain all the fundamentals of our unique and highly effective training program before jumping into the more advanced training classes.

Attendance to The Essentials Class is required prior to attending any of the other workouts we offer. This ensures proper form and mechanics as well as an understanding of the intensity levels involved in this type of training program.

SPORTFIT:

Our Sportfit strength and conditioning programs are designed to exceed the fundamental core fitness requirements that cross all sports and fitness boundaries. We have several different programs to meet the needs of your fitness goals. From maintenance programs designed to help you stay fit, gainer programs designed to elevate your fitness, and premium programs designed to take your fitness and game to the next level. We have what you are looking for.

TEAM TRAINING:

Our 3000 square foot facility will accommodate small and large teams who wish to train together. Sessions include Saturday team workouts and week day sessions chosen by the individual.

ELITE SPORT TRAINING:

This program is a specially scripted 12 week training regimen designed to build any athlete up to peak pre-season condition. This program is sure to increase you speed, strength, power, and overall conditioning.

CROSSFIT:
