CURRENT SCHEDULE:

All classes are scheduled for one hour, although some classes may be completed sooner. Likewise, a class may run over the hour, but this is very rare. In this case it is the responsibility of the client to notify the trainer in the case that he or she must leave.

All classes begin on the hour, once everyone scheduled is accounted for the group begins the warm-up together. For this reason it is very important that everyone come on time or call and notify the trainer if the client is running late. If no phone call is given the client must complete 10 burpees for each min they are late.

Revolution Sports Training reserves the right to change the schedule at anytime.

6am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm

Mon/Wed @ 8:00am
Mon/Wed/Fri @ 3:00pm
Sat @ 10:00am

CROSSFIT ESSENTIALS (REQUIRED FOR BEGINNERS):

Tues/Thurs @ 7:00pm
Sat @ 8:00am

SPORTFIT ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT CLASSES: Strength classes: Tue @ 4:00 Thur @ 4:00 Sat @ 9:00am

Speed/agility classes:

Fri @ 9:00am
Mon/Wed/Fri @ 4:00

Crossfit Lite:

Tue/Thur @ 9:00am
Mon/Wed @ 7:00 pm
Sat @ 11:00 am

Crossfit on the lighter side. Is that a Sin? It may well be, but a greater crime in our eyes would be to ignore those that want some of the benefits of fitness, but may not desire or feel ready for the Crossfit classes. This class pursues to offer a work endurance based training session focusing on an overall body approach.
