Clay has been Crossfitting for over 4 years and was the 2010 Alaska CrossFit Sectional Champion. As well he coached the first Alaska High School athlete to win the Region IV track and field championships in the High jump, long jump, and triple jump in the same year. He also coached multiple repeat Boys and Girls Alaska State Champions in the High Jump and Triple jump. His background includes:

Ashley Bates

Born and raised in Phoenix, ArizonaPlayed volleyball all 4 years of high school, earning Honorable Mention last 3 years.Was on full-ride volleyball scholarship at Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona. Freshman year earned Honarable Mention. Sophomore year, was Player of the Week in Conference and whole Division while earning 2nd Team at the end of season, helped the team to Regionals.Transferred to University of Alaska Anchorage on full-ride volleyball scholarship. Senior year 2009, helped lead the Lady Seawolves win Conference Champions title with a 14-2 conference record.Graduated from UAA with Bachelors in Accounting May 2011.Earned CrossFit Level 1 Certification at SinCity Crossfit in Henderson, NV in May 2011.Currently UAA Women's Volleyball and Women's Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coach.
